"What is happening there now is fully included in the political state system that the United States of America has created on the territory of South Korea," Zakharova said on Channel One.
He reminded that in the recent history of South Korea there has not been a president who left his office normally without going to prison or committing suicide.
According to him, understanding these facts, it becomes clear why Pyongyang takes so many measures to protect itself.
Because its South Korean neighbor is "predictable in its unpredictability," Zakharova added.
