The State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus, Alexander Volfovich, stated that Armenia's absence from the CSTO summit held in Astana does not create a positive image for him. His words are quotedSputnik Belarus.
"Of course, the deliberate absence of one of the members does not create a positive image for Armenia," the Secretary of the Security Council said on the air of "Belarus 1" on Sunday.
However, he added, this does not affect the general agenda of the organization. According to Volfovich, all the issues that were discussed and agreed upon at the meeting of Foreign Ministers, Defense Ministers and Secretaries of the Security Councils of the CSTO member states in Astana on Thursday and were presented to the heads of states for discussion, in the end were reviewed.
