Armenia's absence from the CSTO summit held in Astana does not create a positive reputation. This was announced by Alexander Volfovich, Secretary of State of the Security Council of Belarus, reportsSputnik:the
"Of course, the deliberate absence of one of the members, Armenia, does not create a positive image for it," the State Secretary of the Security Council said on Belarus 1.
However, according to him, this does not affect the general agenda of the organization.
According to Volfovich, all the issues that were discussed and agreed upon at the meeting of Foreign Ministers, Defense Ministers and Secretaries of the Security Councils of the CSTO member states in Astana on Thursday and presented to the attention of the heads of states were finally discussed.
