The Lebanese army, in cooperation with the UN Interim Force, has begun to build up large forces in the southern regions of Litania, Middle Eastern media reported, based on military sources.
Earlier, Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati announced that after the agreement between Israel and Hezbollah regarding the establishment of a ceasefire, the country's government decided to expand the presence of Lebanese forces in the southern regions.
In the context of these redeployments, the representatives of the Israeli army announced that they are ready to act decisively in the event of a ceasefire violation.
