One combat team from the fire-rescue squad of the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the operative group of the regional rescue department went to the scene.
It was found that on the 17th km of the Sisian-Kapan highway, the "Iveco" trailer truck (driver: A. Y., born in 1974, citizen of the Republic of Iran) left the highway, collided with the concrete barrier, damaged it. Shamb village's drinking water line and ended up in the Vorotan River.
The rescuers took out the body of the driver and brought it to the vehicle carrying the body.
