Gold futures price exceeded $2,700 per ounce


The price of gold futures for delivery in December 2024 on the Comex exchange (a division of the New York Mercantile Exchange) exceeded $2,700 per troy ounce for the first time since November 8, according to data from the trading platform. As of 11:48, the price of the precious metal was $2,700.5 per troy ounce (+0.96%). By 12:03, the price of gold had slowed down to $2,698.8 per ounce (+0.89%).
