The White House is ready to hand things over to Trump's team

The administration of the current American leader, Joe Biden, is ready to transfer the cases to the newly elected US President Donald Trump's team, despite the fact that the Republican aides have not yet signed the relevant documents. White House press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre announced this in a regular briefing for journalists.

When asked whether the fact that Trump's team members have not yet signed a memorandum of understanding with the current authorities could somehow complicate the process of receiving and transferring cases, he said:

“We continue to work with the Trump transition team to ensure a successful and efficient transition.

During these interactions, we certainly emphasize the commitment of the White House and the administration to provide support, as well as access to services and information,” said Jean-Pierre.

However, he confirmed that Trump's team "has not yet reached an agreement" with the current authorities.
