Eduard Sharmazanov, a member of the General Assembly of the Republican Party of Armenia, on his Facebook page, referred to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement that he takes responsibility for signing the document dated November 9, 2020. Sharmazanov, in particular, wrote:
"The responsible prime minister does not shout that Artsakh is Armenia and that's it, and refuses Putin's offer to end the war on October 19. Nikol Pashinyan, why didn't you sign the ceasefire on October 19 instead of November 9?"
Nikol Pashinyan, where are you, where is the responsibility?
You say that you took responsibility and signed the ceasefire of November 9. Really? On October 12, I urged you in the presence of 15-20 people on behalf of the RPA to turn to Russia and stop the war, why didn't you do it? Why did you send those guys with your head like Chapayev to their deaths, knowing full well that they have no chance of winning? Why did you reject Putin's proposal to end the war on October 19-20, according to which even Shushi would remain "under Armenian control?"
Why did you cause new territorial and human losses to Armenians? Remember well, Nikol, all the victims and wounded, prisoners and missing persons are on your conscience since October 19. You said that there is no chance of winning, and you said that on October 19, but you refused to stop the war. Moreover, you shouted "we will win" in the following days. Even on the evening of November 9, 2020, you shamelessly wrote: "Battles for Shushi continue." And after all this, you pretend to be a responsible person from the NA podium.
Where was the responsibility when you shouted that Artsakh is Armenia and that's it? Where... perhaps in the backstreets of Ankara and Baku?"
