In particular, the design of production buildings, their structure, arrangement did not provide the specified conditions for food raw materials, packaging materials and food storage, the property in contact with food was not made of materials that meet the presented requirements, the cleaning and washing of production buildings, technological equipment and property was not defined. , periodicity of disinfection, disinfestation and rodent extermination processes, all equipment, tools, utensils and containers were not properly cleaned and disinfected,
the factory was not equipped with a bathroom, the employees involved in the food chain did not undergo mandatory initial and periodic medical examinations and did not have sanitary books.
The production activity of the semi-prepared meat workshop has been suspended, and a deadline has been set for eliminating the detected violations.
