"Publication". The examination phase begins

"Hraparak" newspaper writes:

"In 2020 Andranik Kocharyan, head of the NA investigative commission established to investigate the circumstances of the military operations unleashed by Azerbaijan against Nagorno-Karabakh on September 27, says that the report prepared by them will enter the examination stage in December due to the confidentiality regime.

This means that the report will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, the Foreign Intelligence Service and the Prosecutor's Office to study and inform the committee in a written reply which episodes can be publicly investigated and which can be confidential.

Optimistically, the process will last one month, that is, by the end of January, the answers of all bodies will be received, then the 1,000-page report will be sent to the Speaker of the National Assembly, who will decide on which day and which session to discuss the report. The chairman of the commission does not rule out that the report will be followed by criminal cases."
