The Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan referred to the accusations from Baku regarding the COP-29 conference that several representatives from Armenia had registered.

"I must emphasize that no official of Armenia has submitted any application to participate in the COP-29 event in Baku. I do not rule out that some organizations of the political society have done such a thing, although I am not aware of any information about it if they mean it, you know, Armenia is a free democratic country," he said.
