"Zhoghovurd" daily learned that extra-parliamentary forces have planned a "Plan B". Pro-European forces are sure that Nikol Pashinyan's government, no matter how pro-European it is, will reject their draft of a referendum on EU membership in the National Assembly. therefore, the non-parliamentarians are already preparing for "plan B" and intend to collect 300,000 signatures in 60 days as required by the law, in which case the project will automatically be put to a referendum in the second stage.
"The authorities did not hide their displeasure. They considered this initiative of ours an adventure, a "national liberation struggle", ironically for some reason. So, I don't know to what extent that point of disagreement is official, but it is shared by members of the CP. We will not throw away the votes of 60,000 citizens.

It should be noted that the 60,000 signatures collected for the EU membership referendum are already in the CEC. The extra-parliamentary forces intend to take the initiative to the National Assembly at the end of November.
