Great Britain plans to resume production of nuclear fuel for defense needs. This is reportedUK Defense Journalreferring to John Healy, the head of the Kingdom's Ministry of Defense.
"The government is committed to modernizing defense nuclear fuel production through the Defense Nuclear Enterprise. We are working with industry to develop options on how to meet this requirement," the minister said.
Haley added that the issue will be resolved within the framework of international obligations, including the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
According to him, Great Britain takes full responsibility for such behavior.
