The premiere of the film "Monte" will take place on November 25. The film tells the story of Monte Melkonyan (Avo), a national hero of Armenia, a hero of Artsakh, one of the commanders of the First Artsakh War. One of the members of the film crew told us that the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports and the Yerevan Municipality financed the filming of the film, but the Ministry of Defense announced that if war scenes were to be filmed, it would not provide a single penny, despite the preliminary agreement to support it.
