This time, we present Tigran Seyranyan, head of the external relations department of the NA staff, who, after working in the diplomatic system for years, has been in charge of the external relations department of the parliament since 2022.
It is noteworthy that after the parliamentary elections of 2026, a new composition of the National Assembly was formed, but Tigran Seyranyan retained his position, continuing to head the Department of External Relations of the National Assembly.
Who is Tigran Seiranyan?
Tigran Seiranyan was born on May 6, 1967 in Novosibirsk. In 1984-1991 he studied at the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology of YSU.
His work activities are mainly related to the diplomatic system. Since 1992, he worked at the RA MFA in various positions, including heading the consular department. For years, he performed diplomatic service in Iran and the USA.
In the years 2011-2018, he was the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Czech Republic, in the years 2012-2018, the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Slovakia, and in the years 2018-2021, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Ukraine.
Since 2022, Seyranyan holds the position of the head of the external relations department of the NA staff. His diplomatic rank is Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
What property does he have?
According to the statement, there are four units of real estate in Seyranyan's name. Two of them are parking lots, which were acquired on July 23, 2024, by way of donation. Both are jointly owned.
On the same day, July 23, 2024, he also bought an apartment with the right of joint ownership as a donation.
Seyranyan also has one apartment, which is his sole property. It was acquired on September 15, 2004 by purchase.
In 2025, he did not acquire new real estate and did not alienate any property.
Seiranyan declared two cars. There is a 2022 Volkswagen in his name, which he acquired on September 11, 2023, by purchase. The other is a 1996 BMW that he bought on March 6, 2004.
More than 64 thousand dollars in deposit
Tigran Seyranyan's bank deposit balance at the end of 2025 was $64,341.14.
In terms of bank account balances at the beginning of the year, he declared 4.39 dollars, 14,817.37 euros, 878.28 Czech crowns and 576,310.11 drams. At the end of the year, these amounts were 4.39 dollars, 9,852.35 euros, 10,534 Czech crowns and 4,462,010 drams, respectively.
In addition, Seyranyan declared cash in different currencies. He had 200 pounds at the beginning of the year and 50 pounds at the end of the year.
The cash dollar decreased from 13,420 to 20 dollars, the dram decreased from 620,000 to 80,000 drams, and the euro decreased from 10,250 to 170 euros.
He also declared 800 Ukrainian hryvnias and 1,200 Czech crowns. At the end of the year, they amounted to 800 hryvnias and 1,000 Czech crowns, respectively.
What was the revenue?
In 2025, Tigran Seyranyan's declared total income was 19 million 346 thousand 581.08 AMD.
He received $3,205.96 from Converse Bank in the form of interest and other compensation for loans or bank deposits.
His income for rent was 2 million 400 thousand drams.
He received 3 million 931 thousand 560 drams from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia in the form of wages and other similar payments.
He received another 11 million 792 thousand 300 drams from the staff of the RA National Assembly.
At the end of the year, the principal balance of Seyranyan's loan was 1,119.43 dollars, or according to the calculation presented in the declaration, 426 thousand 939.41 drams.
In the 2025 expenses section, the payment made for tuition or other courses is distinguished. Seyranyan spent 26,200 pounds for this purpose, which in the declaration amounted to 13 million 449 thousand 246 drams.
Thus, Tigran Seyranyan, who retained his position after the formation of the new composition of the National Assembly, went on a long diplomatic journey, working in the RA MFA system, consular service and ambassador of Armenia in various countries.
According to the 2025 declaration, he has 2 apartments, 2 parking spaces, 2 cars, more than 64 thousand dollars in bank deposits, funds in different currencies and in 2025 he had a declared income of more than 19.3 million drams.
