Let's remind that on October 4, the SC suspended the powers of Judge Vahe Misakyan, citing violation of the trial terms in the case of Vazgen Manukyan.
Moreover, earlier, by the decision of April 4, the Supreme Court issued a strict reprimand against Judge Vahe Misakyan, whose "repayment" period is two years, therefore, it is not excluded that from the beginning there was a problem of terminating the powers of the judge, especially that according to the circulating news, the authorities did not forgive the judge, the acquittal of Serzh Sargsyan.
As for this disciplinary proceeding, by which the powers of the judge were suspended, during the examination of the case, the judge emphasized that he did everything that depended on him, he had no motivation, he had no tendency to delay, he is at least honest with himself, there are cases that are examined for a long time , tries to keep that balance as much as possible, there are even cases that were transferred from other judges.
"I signed a protocol commensurate with the situation, I tried to do everything so that the sessions would not be postponed. The sessions were postponed due to objective necessity."
