Ukrainian drones attacked the Moscow Region on the night of July 20, Governor Andrey Vorobyov said. According to Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, more than 400 drones were flying in the direction of the Moscow region that evening, most of which were destroyed in the outskirts.
85 drones were shot down while approaching Moscow. Vorobyov reported that one car and one private house were damaged in Odintsovo. In Podolsk, "drone crashes caused fires" and several civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged. The governor did not specify which facilities were damaged. One private house was damaged in Maloye Tolbino village. Astra, after analyzing the published videos and photos, reports that the Podolsk oil depot has been attacked and is on fire.
A warehouse in the Yuzhny Vrata industrial complex in Domodedovo is also on fire. The drone also hit a multi-storey residential building in Domodedovo. According to Vorobyov, one person was injured in a fire at a private house in Domodedovo, and another person was injured in a drone crash near a car on the M-4 highway. The Domodedovo hospital reported that six people, three of them foreign nationals, were taken to the hospital with various degrees of mine and explosion injuries.
