Stores of the Italian brand OVS may come under the control of the Turkish company Fiba Retail, which currently sells Mango goods, said Natalia Kermedchieva, vice president of the Union of Shopping Centers, head of Rec+Retail Group. “The deal is in the process of being completed, Fiba is acquiring this business to in the future it will be developed in large shopping centers,” she noted, speaking at the Mallpic exhibition in Sochi. Currently, there are seven OVS points operating in Russia. In addition to 55 Mango stores, Fiba Retail operates points with Oxxo, Club, NetWork and Mudo.
