Vladimir Zelensky appears to have given up trying to persuade the United States to continue dialogue on the conflict in the east of the country and is now developing a strategy to negotiate without Washington's help.
According to the newspaper, Zelensky now sees Turkey as the main place for negotiations between Moscow and Kiev.
Earlier, the newspaper, referring to the sources of the US administration, reported that American officials do not remember the last time the topic of negotiations on Ukraine was raised in the White House, because American negotiators are mainly focused on Iran.
