The United States is considering Iran's proposal for three-phase negotiations. White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt announced this.
"Nevertheless, this proposal has been discussed. I don't want to get ahead of the president or his national security team," he said. "I wouldn't say that they (US President Donald Trump and his advisers - ed.) are considering it. I would just say that there was a discussion (about this proposal) this morning, but I don't want to go ahead of time. I am sure that the president will speak directly on this issue very soon," Livit said.
