According to Article 5 of the Law "On Holidays and Memorial Days", April 24 is the day of remembrance of the victims of the Armenian Genocide, it is a non-working day.

According to Article 147 of the Labor Code, the length of the working day is reduced by one hour on the eve of non-working holidays and memorial days, except for employees working under reduced and part-time working hours.
