As a result of the control measures of the inspectors of the Gegharkunik regional center of the food safety inspection body, the activity of the "Ashot Yerkat" public catering facility belonging to the "Hrant and Edward" SP company was suspended (Gegharkunik marz, Sevan, Terakghzu territory). This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
It was recorded that the walls and ceiling of the kitchen of this facility were not in good condition, there were accumulations of dirt, there was a risk of particles falling into the food being prepared.
The management of "Ashot Yerkat" was instructed to take the necessary measures and to bring the food structure into compliance with the requirements of sanitary and hygienic norms defined by legal acts.
A deadline has been established for the elimination of violations.
