In my opinion, everyone's responsibility is important in this," Karapetyan said. According to Samvel Karapetyan, the Armenians of Russia are deeply worried and stand by their brothers from Karabakh. And helping those from Nagorno-Karabakh will remain among the priorities of the "Tashir" charitable foundation.
