Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said that he is not afraid of losing the parliamentary elections, as he has been in the opposition for 16 years.
"I was the leader of the opposition for 16 years. What does that mean? It means that sometimes I lose and sometimes I win. So don't be afraid of what will happen if we don't win, because it has happened regularly here, at least four times. Don't be afraid of what will happen in Hungary," Orban said at a press conference with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
He said that Hungarian democracy is "very strong" and the current government "believes in political competition, as it has done for 35 years".
