The Rada will make legal changes to allow elections to be held. FT:

The Parliament of Ukraine will make the necessary legal changes in March and April, which will make it possible to hold elections in the country under martial law, writes the Financial Times newspaper.

The publication, citing Ukrainian and Western officials and other sources, previously reported that Ukraine had begun planning to hold presidential elections along with a referendum on the peace accord, with the United States demanding that both be held by May 15.

"According to the work schedule, in March and April, the Parliament of Ukraine will deal with the implementation of the necessary legal changes that allow elections to be held under martial law," the publication said.
