Vance's team explained why the post about visiting Tsitsernakaberd was deleted

The publication about the US Vice President JD Vance's visit to the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial to the victims of the Armenian Genocide was mistakenly posted on the X social network page. The representative of Vance's staff gave such an explanation to White House journalists, writes TASS.

Earlier, on the official page of Vancy X, a post was published about the visit of the US vice president and his wife to the Armenian Genocide memorial, after a few hours the post was removed.

"This account is run by employees who are primarily responsible for publishing photos and videos of the vice president's activities," he said.

By the way, the US vice president made a note in the memorial book of honored guests. "Let America and Armenia work together for a future of peace and understanding." None of the officials accompanied Vance during the actual ceremony.
