"We are carrying out a special military operation in Ukraine, we have no intention of attacking Europe, we don't need it at all." Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated this in an interview to NTV.

"And if suddenly Europe fulfills its threats of preparing for war against us and attacks the Russian Federation, then, as the president said, our response will no longer be a special military operation.
