French law enforcement agencies have invited Elon Musk, the owner of the social platform X, and Linda Yaccarino, the former CEO of the platform, to testify amid the searches carried out at X's offices in the country, the Paris prosecutor's office said on Tuesday.
"Elon Musk and Linda Iaccarino, as the de facto and legal leaders of Platform X, have been sent invitations to a voluntary interrogation, which will take place on April 20, 2026 in Paris," the prosecutor's office said in a statement.
We reported earlier, that the Paris prosecutor's office for combating cybercrimes is conducting searches on Tuesday in the offices of the X social network operating in France, the prosecutor's office of the French capital reports.
