Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian has ordered to publish the names of all the victims of demonstrations and riots in the country in recent weeks, Mohammad Mehdi Tabatabei, head of the public relations department of the presidential administration, announced this, Mehr news agency reports.
He informed that by the order of the president "the names and data of all the persons who lost their lives during the recent tragic incidents will be published".
Tabatabey noted that this move is a response to attempts by Western mass media to falsify statistics. "The goal is to expose anyone who lies," he added.
