Canada and India are expanding mutual trade in oil and gas

Canada and India intend to undertake a commitment to expand mutual trade in oil and gas, reports Bloomberg, referring to the document at its disposal.

"Canada and India will pledge to expand oil and gas trade as the countries restart their relationship after a diplomatic freeze.

Ottawa will commit to supplying more crude oil, liquefied natural gas and liquefied hydrocarbon gas to India, while New Delhi will send more petroleum products to Canada, following a meeting between Canada's Energy Minister Tim Hodgson and India's Oil and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri.
