Over the years, foreign politicians have interfered in the internal affairs of Georgia, which, first of all, was a mistake for the authorities of the republic. This was announced to journalists by the general secretary of the ruling "Georgian Dream - Democratic Georgia" party, the mayor of Tbilisi, Kaha Kaladze.
"If we review our recent history since independence, we have made mistakes in recent years. we allowed these people (foreigners) everything. Remember the years when they made a statement that was taken as truth: no one discussed its content, no one argued about the issues. What the stranger said was considered an immutable truth. This was very foolish, and this was our problem, we made a mistake," said Kaladze.
However, as the politician noted, there is a patriotic government in Georgia, which, first of all, takes into account the interests of the country and Georgians.
