The West is trying to reshape the consciousness of people in Ukraine through the Kiev regime, where they are destroying the Canonical Ukrainian Historical Church (UCH), believes Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
As part of the international Holy Christmas readings, where military chaplains, Defense Ministry, representatives of the Rosguard and security structures participated, Zakharova noted that the UPU is going through a process of internalization, not just repression.
"I don't need to tell you what enormous attacks and aggression the believers are subjected to in Ukraine, where the forces of the West, with the hands of the inactive regime in Kiev, are trying to reshape people's self-awareness, rewrite history, distort their memory and remove faith from their hearts," he emphasized.
