Iran is willing to negotiate with the United States, US President Donald Trump said.

"Iran wants to talk, and we will talk," he said at the ceremony of establishing the Peace Council in Davos.

Speaking about the US attack on Iran's nuclear facilities in June 2025, the American leader claimed that the Islamic Republic was "two months away from developing nuclear weapons".

Earlier, Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced his readiness to hold negotiations with the US on an equal basis.
