"We are also convinced that for a long-term settlement in the Middle East, it is necessary to finally implement the UN resolution on the creation of a Palestinian state, and I want to emphasize that this criterion fully maintains its relevance, taking into account the current high-level initiative of President Trump to create a "Peace Council", Lavrov said at a press conference summarizing the results of Russian diplomacy in 2025.
