According to the portal, on January 9, US Vice President J.D. Vance held a meeting with the US military to discuss the possibility of military intervention in the situation in Iran.
On January 13, Trump presided over another meeting and ordered to develop a concrete plan to attack the territory of the republic. According to portal sources, the program included missile strikes from ships and submarines of the US Navy.
However, Trump did not give a final order for the use of force. Meanwhile, the US military waited for the order throughout January 14, believing that the decision had already been made.
