"Pyunik" FC joins the demand of its fan movement "Sector 18" regarding the resignation of the management staff of the Football Federation of Armenia.
"Pyunik" FC also fully agrees with the issues raised by the fan movements of the Armenian national team, FAF and Red Eagles, as well as fans of other clubs, and we are sure that the opinion of the fans should be decisive, because football, first of all, it belongs to them.
However, in recent years, not only the disappointing performances of the Armenian national team and different age groups, the problems of mass and youth football, but also the situation in Armenian club football are of great concern. 5 clubs that stopped their activities, the unfulfilled program of the Professional League and the vicious cycle of scheduling HPL matches on working days.
Thus, football in Armenia is experiencing degradation both at the club and team level, as a result of which the situation is already becoming dire. We call for unity to the clubs representing the Higher Group and urge them not to remain silent, to publicly evaluate the work done by the FFA management and to express their position.
