"Zhoghovurd" daily writes:
According to "Zhoghovurd" government sources, in December RA ministers and deputy ministers received bonuses of millions of drams, about which the government has not responded to "Zhoghovurd" inquiries since December 25. refuse to disclose the amount of bonuses received by ministers and deputy ministers. Thus, not only the deputies of the RA National Assembly received large rewards - about 3 million drams each, but also the ministers and deputy ministers received significantly higher rewards than the legislators from the state budget funds.
On December 25, 2025, "Zhoghovurd" daily newspaper sent a written request to Araik Harutyunyan, the head of the staff of the RA Prime Minister, asking him to reveal how much money the ministers and deputy ministers received as bonuses and bonuses in December (see photo 1). In January, after the holidays, the Government asked for 30 days to answer the question (see photo 2). However, on January 9, a response was received from the head of the Personnel and Personnel Management Department. "The remuneration and accounting of the employee of each ministry is carried out by the ministry," the answer states.
Thus, the government leadership refused to disclose the amount of bonuses received by the ministers. (see the 3rd photo). "Zhoghovurd" daily has sent separate inquiries to all ministers, but no response has been received so far. Prior to that, sources close to the Government report that in December, only ministers received 7-8 million drams, in some cases up to 9 million drams, and deputy ministers received 4-5 million drams.
By the way, the heads of the inspectorates also received big rewards almost equal to the ministers, the deputies - equal to the vice ministers. 2025-26, as an election year, was heavy on citizens and taxpayers, but rich for ministers and deputy ministers. It is surprising that these sums paid from the state budget are kept secret by Nikol Pashinyan's government staff."
