Recently, various online platforms and mobile applications have been gaining popularity, offering citizens small paid tasks: taking photos of certain places, objects, locations, streets or answering suspicious inquiries.
Although such tasks are often presented as "harmless" or "research", it is important to realize that some of them actually carry serious risks, including:
. photography of state or strategic objects
. collection of infrastructure, security systems or location data
. random recording of persons, vehicles or private areas .
In most cases, the person performing the task does not know who the real initiator is, for what purpose the data is collected and how it will be used later. .
Recommended
• not perform tasks related to taking photos or collecting data, if their purpose is unclear or causes doubt;
• not to photograph state, military, law enforcement agencies or any other infrastructure of strategic significance,
"Don't let the small pay draw you into questionable processes. Be alert and responsible. The security of you and the state is above all else," said the Cyber Police.
