US President Donald Trump has stated that Washington and Caracas are already successfully cooperating, including on the restoration of oil and gas infrastructure, and therefore Washington will not launch a second attack on the Bolivarian Republic.
"The United States and Venezuela are successfully cooperating, particularly in the restoration of their oil and gas infrastructures.
In light of this cooperation, I have canceled the previously anticipated second wave of attacks, which it appears will no longer be necessary," he wrote on Truth Social.
