During the last round of the US-led Israeli-Syrian talks in Paris, Israel and Syria agreed to take steps to build confidence and reach an agreement on security, N12 TV reported, citing an Israeli source.
"The parties expressed their desire to reach an agreement on the issue of security, according to the vision of US President Donald Trump," the TV channel quotes its source.
According to N12, the representatives of the two countries agreed to "accelerate the pace of negotiations in order to reach an agreement on security", "hold more frequent meetings" and "take steps to strengthen trust".
