"In recent days, a tense situation has been observed within the CP government. According to well-informed sources of "Zhoghovurd" daily, in the administration of the "Civil Agreement" party, representatives of the government have meetings with the members of the administration almost daily, demanding clarifications not only about political positions, but also about the situations in personal life.
According to our sources, on the instructions of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, a unique "check" is being carried out in the party circles regarding personal connections, family status and relationships, and after that, "cross" questions are being asked, hinting that there is negative information about the given persons, which may be unacceptable for inclusion in the CP election list.
According to the same sources, as a result of such discussions, cases have already been recorded when negative evaluations and rejections were given to some candidates within the party.
At the same time, according to our information, CP circles are actively preparing for the political gathering planned for December 27 in the luxurious "Adana" restaurant, keeping the organizational issues of the 2026 parliamentary elections and the "package" of upcoming political steps on the agenda.
It should be noted that CP has a 20-member board after the September congress, and on December 4 it was publicly announced that the procedure for forming a proportional list for the 2026 elections was discussed on the party platform.
But the issue of the personal qualities of the board members is also a subject of discussion in the intra-party dimension. they, being in a vulnerable position, sit and vote and decide who deserves to be on the list and who doesn't."
