The second point of the road map proposed by me for the renovation of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church after the removal of Kutrich Nersisyan refers to the adoption of the canon of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan mentioned this.
"This agenda, as a matter of fact, has been officially recorded by the Mother See itself. In November 2011, the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church's charter was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Armenia, which states the following: "In the near future, a charter of the Armenian Apostolic Church will be drawn up, which will be the main value of its entire pastoral structure." 12 years after Kutrich Nersisyan appeared in the status of Catholicos, there is still no charter, corresponding comprehensive rule book, and in 2011 he says that it will be adopted in the near future.
Another 14 years have passed since 2011. In other words, this shows the real state of affairs in the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church, under the leadership of Kutrich Nersisyan, and, in fact, this illegal situation was deliberately created so that there is no clear understanding and perception of the existence of any rules, and what happens happens," Pashinyan noted.
