The United States has imposed sanctions on two Ukrainian companies, GK Imperativ Ukraina LLC and Ekofera LLC, accusing them of being intermediaries in the procurement of components for Iran's drone and ballistic missile production programs, the US Treasury Department announced.
The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has launched an investigation into 32 individuals and entities operating in Iran, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Turkey, China, Hong Kong, India, Germany, and Ukraine that operate multiple procurement networks supporting the production of ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in Iran," the US department said in a statement.
