The real reason for Andranik Kocharyan's tantrum. "People"

"Zhoghovurd" daily writes:

"Yesterday, the situation in the National Assembly became tense again. this time without a political crisis, but at the expense of human nerves. Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security Affairs Andranik Kocharyan had to apologize when it turned out that he missed the time of his speech during the budget discussions. Against the background of the confusion created in the hall, the session had to be adjourned, and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, seeing the situation, did not hide his displeasure, publicly scolded Kocharyan, then angrily left the hall.

"Kocharyan, who is often referred to as an "old fox" in the parliament, in turn expressed dissatisfaction with the NA secretariat, accusing them of informing him in advance about his turn to speak. However, Kocharyan, perhaps, forgot that the secretariat is not his personal staff, but the general administrative body of the parliament.

After all, the responsibility for such matters belongs to his staff and assistants, not to the secretariat. Let us inform you that Kocharyan has 2 assistants and 6-8 experts in the commission. However, this time Kocharyan's sharp reaction was not only a consequence of the missed speech. Rumors are circulating in the political corridors that his attitude towards the secretariat has long since deteriorated.

The reason was the decision of the head of the secretariat, Tatul Soghomonyan, as a result of which Andranik Kocharyan's outdated report on the 44-day war was sent to the NA archive without being discussed in the plenary session. Kocharyan has not forgotten this. He was particularly annoyed by the fact that the report he had prepared, on which he had worked for weeks, was moved from the political platform to dusty shelves in the status of "transitional memory".

"Furthermore, according to "Zhoghovurd" daily, one of the reasons for Kocharyan's recent nervous reactions is the question of his future. Although the "heavyweight" representative of the CP Department guaranteed his inclusion in the party's voter list, Kocharyan himself knows very well that the political "wave of renewal" may not allow him to return to the parliament. The CP told "Zhoghovurd" daily that Andranik Kocharyan has already been warned that these are his last months in the parliament. he has 7 months.

Details in today's issue of "Zhoghovurd" daily.
