More than 150 flights were delayed at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi this morning due to a technical problem with the air traffic control system.
"There are flight delays at the Delhi airport due to technical issues with the automatic messaging system that processes air traffic control data.
Dispatchers develop flight plans manually, which causes some delays. "Technical specialists are working to restore the system as quickly as possible," the Airports Authority of India said.
