This is a manifestation of the existing deep crisis," Grossi said. He described such tests as a "muscle show" and a desire to demonstrate one's own capabilities. The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency also questioned the authenticity of Trump's claims that Russia and China are allegedly conducting "secret" nuclear tests.
