The search for 3-year-old Tigran Ovanesov continues both in the forest areas, inside the community, near the bridge, and on the shores of Lake Sevan, but there is still no result, Kamo Tsutsulyan, director of the Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, told reporters in Tsapatagh.
"I cannot say from where the relative made such a hypothesis. The police are considering all hypotheses," Tsutsulyan said, referring to the words of Tigran's 3-year-old cousin, that the family thinks that the child either got lost or was stolen.
