The preventive detention of the former commander of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Mikayel Arzumanyan was replaced by house arrest.
The decision was made by the RA anti-corruption court judge Vardges Sargsyan, defense attorney Yerem Sargsyan wrote.
To remind, on September 1, 2022, the prosecutor's office announced that Mikael Arzumanyan was charged with giving a "retreat" order to the personnel who liberated the strategically important "Arega" hill and adjacent combat positions during the 2020 Artsakh war.
Arzumanyan is detained in 2022. from September 1.
