Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Israeli violence could be stopped by imposing an arms embargo against it.
"To stop Israel from killing babies, children, mothers and fathers, we must prevent access to guns. Currently, many countries, especially America and Germany, unfortunately support Israel to continue its mass murder with guns, We have taken the initiative at the UN to find a solution to this problem and impose a comprehensive arms embargo on Israel. The number of those who support this call is growing every day. We hope that we will succeed in this initiative. and open the door to lasting peace,” Erdogan told his pool reporters upon returning from Kazan, where he took part in the BRICS summit.
