Adolescents arrested in two districts of Istanbul, including one Turkmen citizens, were in touch with the Islamic State militants and planned to carry out terrorist attacks, Turkish Milliyet newspaper reported.
The publication notes that 3686 people have been arrested in Turkey over the past nine months, suspected of connections with Daham, 784 of which have been arrested.
Thus, on September 9, the police arrested a 15-year-old teenager in Istanbul's Atashirir region.
